Hmm. Good question… I think there’s not one greatest challenge, but loads of little challenges. Every day I come up against a new one – this happens when you’re learning! In learning to build a satellite, there’s loads of things I think I can’t do. But asking for help and working hard always gets me over it!

As an engineer you are trying to solve problems, to sort out something that isn’t working very well, or to understand something that is difficult to work out.
      This happens all the time.
The greatest challenge is to keep going when you are finding it difficult to see a way through.
Sometimes you overcome this just be sticking at it, thinking, working, asking, learning, and suddenly you get an inspiration and make progress. That’s very cool and satisfying.
But sometimes you don’t and have to give up.
