The nearest super massive black hole is at the centre of our galaxy (The milky way). Just like we go around the Sun, all the stars in the milky way orbit around this black hole. There are smaller black holes that are created when stars die and the nearest one of those to us is called V616 Monocerotis and its about 3000 light years away.
